Return of goods
You have 14 calendar days from the moment you received the item to return it.
If you want to return the item, it must be unused, with the original labels, and in the same condition as you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
You must have a document confirming the purchase, as well as attach a form for returning goods (download the form for returning goods).
The product must be sent to DPD or Omniva parcel cabinet – Ķīšezera street 6, Riga, LV-1014. As the recipient indicate – Fiziopreces.lv, info@fiziopreces.lv, 22090706.
In what cases can the right of withdrawal not be exercised?
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised if:
- Within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods, you have not approached us in any non-portable way informing about the use of the right of withdrawal, for example, by informing us by e-mail
- Be a legal entity
- You have opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- The product is damaged or has shown signs of wear and tear
Money back
When the fiziopreces.lv online store receives the returned product, it will be viewed and you will be informed that your returned item has been received. fiziopreces.lv the administration of the online store will inform you whether the money will be returned immediately after viewing the received product.
If your returned item is confirmed, fiziopreces.lv online store will refund the money paid to your goods using the same payment method.
You will receive a refund within a few days, depending on the bank used.
Sending
The cost of shipping the returned goods is borne by the customer. The cost of delivery of the goods is not returned.
Upon receipt of the refund, the shipping costs will be deducted.
