We deliver via Omniva, DPD or Venipak parcel machine or DPD/Venipak courier. When buying a product, present your chosen delivery method and indicate the nearest parcel machine or delivery address where you want to receive your order. For orders with a total purchase value of more than 60 EUR, delivery by Omniva, DPD or Venipak parcel machine in the territory of Latvia is free of charge. For orders under 60 EUR value, a delivery fee is applied: for DPD parcel machine shipments, the delivery fee is 3.00 EUR, for Omniva and Venipak parcel terminal shipment fee is from 3.50 EUR, for DPD/Venipak courier delivery 6.05 EUR.

Yes, we ship the goods by DPD or Venipak courier to all Member States of the European Union. However, the delivery fee differs from the local shipments in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Fiziopreces.lv the administration of the online store will inform you whether the money will be returned immediately after viewing the received product. If your returned item is confirmed, Fiziopreces.lv online store will refund the money you paid for the goods using the same payment method. You will receive a refund within a few days, depending on the bank used. The cost of shipping the returned goods is borne by the customer. The cost of delivery of the goods is not returned.
