SKLZ sliding discs are designed for use by hand or foot on almost any type of surface. SKLZ sliding discs have a soft fabric base, which ensures that the floor surface is not damaged. Unlike other sliding discs, which can regularly slip out of the bottom of the foot or palm, SKLZ Slidez is specially designed with a large, grip-friendly tread pattern at the top and a low friction material that does not cause damage to the floor covering. This creates a consistently smooth, stable process of movements when performing gliding training movements.
