How does it work?
Depending on the purpose of the exercise, the Jumper® can be used standing, jumping, sitting or lying down. Air filling provides an unstable and at the same time dynamic basis of equilibrium. On the Jumper® you can jump, perform balance exercises upright, do zooms, sit down. The abdominal muscles can be trained by the sitting and back muscles in the supine position. Jumping from the side is also possible without problems, the Jumper® is non-slip. The delivery kit includes a comprehensive exercise poster with many workout recommendations. The “Perfect Shape Jumper” exercise DVD is optional. The jumper® can be used from both sides.
Thanks to jumper’s® versatility, virtually all muscle groups can be trained, especially the deeper muscles, which is important for general physical fitness. At the same time, willingly or unwillingly, balance, coordination and sensoromotor functions improve. The trampoline effect also provides a lot of fun during training.
