How to use the NAQI® cold/heat pack correctly?
For cold apps:
Store the NAQI® cold/heat package in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Apply the NAQI® cold/heat pack for a maximum of 20-30 minutes on the sore spot, but not directly on the skin. Use a sleeve or a clean, dry cloth. If necessary, repeat the application of cold after a pause of 30 minutes.
For heat applications:
Before placing the NAQI® cold/heat pack in the microwave, make sure that the gel is evenly distributed inside the package. Heat the cold/heat package in the microwave for about 3 minutes at low intensity. Let the package cool for about 30 seconds before applying it to the skin. NAQI® cold/heat packs can also be heated in water. Bring the water to 60°C and immerse the NAQI® cold/heat package completely in water for 5 minutes. Wait about 30 seconds before applying. Always use a protective sleeve or a clean, dry cloth to avoid direct contact with the skin.
Important:
Do not use directly on the skin and avoid contact with open wounds.
