PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PTP Trigger Balls trigger point massage balls are an effective solution for targeted muscle tension and pain relief. They allow you to easily act on congested areas of the body using pressure and self-massage techniques to release tension in soft tissues and fascia.

The set includes 2 massage balls – soft and firm, which provides two levels of massage intensity and allows you to adjust the trigger point massage to individual needs. The diameter of the ball – 4.4 cm provides accurate access to hard-to-reach trigger points.

During the massage, it is possible to use your body weight to provide an intense deep tissue massage, or hand pressure if more control is required. PTP Trigger Balls are designed to apply targeted pressure to highly sensitive points in the fascia surrounding skeletal muscles, thereby promoting muscle relaxation and tension reduction.

Regular trigger point massage helps to improve the mobility of skeletal muscles, relax tense muscles and stimulate blood and lymph circulation, which promotes muscle regeneration and reduces fatigue.
