Airex balance pad balance surface

The Airex® Balance-pad balance platform is designed for active workouts. The Airex® Balance-pad balance platform is made of soft Airex® material, has a smooth surface area, perfect for starting workouts barefoot. The Airex® Balance-pad balance platform is easy to maintain and clean. The soft and shock-absorbing surface softens shocks and reduces the risk of injury.

When exercising with the Balance-Pad, more and deeper muscle groups are activated than when performing the same exercises without a balance platform. The areas of the brain responsible for movement are also more activated and receptors in the joints and fascia are stimulated. The Airex® Balance-pad balance platform is used for strength, endurance, coordination, balance training. Widely used not only for gymnastics, but also in the household: in the garden, garage, kitchen, bathroom, attic or basement – wherever soft support is needed (for example, when kneeling, sitting).

The Airex® Balance-pad balance platform is functional – it can be used indoors, outdoors, in the water. Maintains body temperature, does not absorb moisture due to the closed cellular structure. It does not slide completely on a flat surface, so for better grip it is recommended to use it in conjunction with the Airex gymnastics mat.
