LYAPKO needle roller is used for massage, acupressure and reflex therapy.
The roller has the optimal size of the work surface and the placement of the needles, so it can be used for different areas of the body: back, waist, buttocks, limbs, abdomen, chest area, etc. This roller is especially suitable for massaging parts of the body with a slight curvature – shoulders, neck, head, outer edges of the feet, arms and legs.
Duration of exposure: 7-15 minutes – until stable hyperaemia (redness) of the skin appears.
The roller provides an intense, dynamic massage.
Suitable for everyone, regardless of age.
Recommendations for use:
3–7 min – tonic effect: use in the morning or during the day;
8–15 min – stimulating effect: use at any time;
15–20 min – relaxing effect: use in the afternoon or before bedtime.
